تعیین رابطه بین رضایت شغلی پرستاران و فرهنگ ایمنی بیمار در بیمارستان های شهر رشت

چکیده
مقدمه: ارایه با کیفیت مراقبت های پرستاری برای بیماران، فرهنگ ایمنی بیمار را به موضوعی بسیار مهم در حوزه بهبود کیفیت خدمات درمانی کشور تبدیل کرده است. هدف این مطالعه تعیین رابطه بین رضایت شغلی پرستاران و فرهنگ ایمنی بیمار در بیمارستان های شهر رشت است. روش کار: روش تحقیق از نوع توصیفی، تحلیلی و مقطعی و روش گرد آوری اطلاعات میدانی است. جامعه آماری تحقیق پرستاران بخش درمان بیمارستان ها ی دولتی و خصوصی شهر رشت است که از میان آنها 322 نفر به صورت تصادفی به عنوان نمونه تحقیق انتخاب شدند. برای گردآوری داده ها جهت رضایت شغلی پرستاران از پرسش نامه و یک فیلد و برای فرهنگ ایمنی بیمار از پرسش نامه آژانس تحقیقات و کیفیت مراقبت های بهداشتی استفاده گردید. برای آزمون فرضیه تحقیق و تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها آزمون ضریب هم بستگی پیرسون با به کار گیری نرم افزار spss 19 مورد استفاده قرار گرفت. یافته ها: نتایج یافته های تحقیق نشان داد که از دیدگاه پاسخ دهندگان، امتیاز رضایت شغلی پرستاران (68/0± 59/3) و فرهنگ ایمنی بیمار (54/0±31/3) در بیمارستان های واقع در شهر رشت در سطح متوسط قرار دارد. علاوه بر آن نتایج تحقیق نشان داد که بین رضایت شغلی پرستاران و فرهنگ ایمنی بیمار رابطه مستقیمی با شدت 643/0 با سطح معنی داری01/0 > p وجود دارد. نتیجه گیری: بر اساس نتایج به دست آمده از تحلیل داده ها در جامعه آماری تحقیق، رضایت شغلی پرستاران و فرهنگ ایمنی بیماران به ارتقاء نیاز دارد. از سویی بر پایه نتایج هم بستگی بین متغیرهای تحقیق، هر چه میزان رضایت شغلی پرستاران افزایش یابد فرهنگ ایمنی بیمار بهبود خواهد یافت.
